Sattu is the oldest hack to protien. Ours is made from roasted bengal gram with a mix of roasted wheat flour
roasted phutane flour, jira powder, ova powder and nutmeg powder. It is also known for its cooling properties and makes for an amazing summer drink. Benefits: Aids in Muscle Repair and Growth, Protein Rich, Natural Coolant, Easy to digest

Directions for Use: Add a spoonful to a glass of water with jeera and enjoy. Make Ladoos from it.
