Directions for Use: Mix 3/4th cup water, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 cup barley flour and cover with a wet cloth for 15 – 20 mins before making your regular rotis.
Fun Fact: Barley was the model for the size of an inch. In 1324, King Edward II of England standardized the measurement as “three grains of barley, dry and round, placed end to end lengthwise.”
